Guild Raids


Your guild will take on one of our giant Guild Titans and battle it, aiming to deal the most damage possible over the course of the event. As the Titan takes damage, he’ll start unleashing more of his deadly abilities… but will also become more vulnerable to your attacks!

Before the event, players must choose a team of 3 heroes to share with their guild. Once the event starts, all teams are locked in. During the event, players can spend one Raid Ticket to match 2 of their heroes with one of the top 25 Guild Teams (of 3) to enter battle with a combined team of 5. Any 2 of your heroes may be used (not only the ones shared to the guild). Upgrades to heroes made during the event WILL be taken into account. Logging in after the deadline without a set team will auto-select your team, up to the maximum of 25 Guild Teams, first come, first served.

To help your guild you can use RAGE POTIONS to boost your guild’s damage. As your guild reaches certain Rage totals you’ll unlock a bigger damage boost during Raid battles, up to a whopping 10x damage! Potions can be found from Quick Looting battles in the world and as rewards.

Rewards are earned for reaching damage totals with your guild and for leaderboard ranking at the end of the event. Guild leaderboards compete for total damage dealt over the course of the event. Personal leaderboards compete for the most damage done in a single battle. The top prizes are the legendary Watcher (personal), and a new legendary pet; the Mana Bubbler (guild)!

New Heroes


Harrow (Wyld)

A LEGENDARY hero that deals massive damage to his targets. Enter “Stalk” mode to unlock powerful abilities for maximum damage!

One of the oldest and most venerated of elven heroes. Harrow is at home in the forests, moving like a wraith as he hunts down any who draw arms against his kin.

Autumn Druid (Wyld)

An EPIC hero that drains her enemies and distributes healing to her allies!

Ivy elves are linked to the world around them. They age as winter approaches and grow young in spring. Their druids change as well, each focusing on a different aspect of the year’s passing.

Fixes & Changes


Skill Fixes/Changes:

  • Centaur Berserker had an issue preventing its “Centaur Fury” passive skill from showing scrolling healing text when it healed the Centaur Berserker. Passive Regeneration effects should now always show scrolling healing text when they heal the hero
  • Chest Mimic’s “Mock” skill should no longer cause the Chest Mimic to counterattack when an enemy hero starts a Charge skill targeting the Chest Mimic or all enemies
  • Chest Mimic’s “Mock” skill should no longer cause the Chest Mimic to counterattack when passives activate
  • Chest Mimic’s “Mock” skill should no longer cause the Chest Mimic to counterattack if it had the buff when it died
  • When Eclipse Druid with the “Eternal Night” passive skill dies, it should no longer revive the Eclipse Druid
  • While Eclipse Druid with the “Eternal Night” passive skill is dead, allies should no longer be automatically revived by “Eternal Night”
  • Mirror Weaver’s “Crystal Webs” skill should now start its Charge animation when it’s used instead of when it’s finished Charging

Display Fixes/Changes:

  • The Village menu icons and other GUI elements should no longer be able to disappear unintentionally when browsing through Player Profile and Guild menus
  • The Guild chat unread message counter should no longer count expired messages
  • The Battle Stats menu should no longer have extra blank space below on 4:3 aspect ratio devices
  • Trademaster Cinnabar should no longer be positioned too high to see in team select menus and the hero details menu

Miscellaneous Fixes/Changes:

  • An issue introduced in 1.1.14 caused the game to freeze after unequipping a pet, using potions to level another hero high enough to equip that pet, then equipping that pet to that hero. This issue should now be resolved
  • The Golden Pig pet’s large sprite should no longer have tusks
  • Non-boss heroes’ health bars should now be tappable to select their heroes
  • Player accounts stuck on the Shop intro tutorial step buying the Silver Key should no longer be stuck

Duncan Valesong Hotfix Notes:

  • Duncan Valesong’s base HP has been increased
  • Duncan Valesong’s base Attack has been increased significantly
  • Duncan Valesong’s base Skill has been reduced slightly
  • Duncan Valesong’s Crit chance has been increased to 8%, up from 5%
  • Duncan Valesong’s Speed has been increased to 64, up from 52
  • Duncan Valesong’s “Percussion” skill’s damage has been increased
  • Duncan Valesong’s “Percussion” skill level 2/2 should now add a high chance to Stun
  • Duncan Valesong’s “Inspiring Chord” should now boost Crit chance and Crit Damage by 50%
  • Duncan Valesong’s “Melody” skill’s healing has been significantly increased
  • Duncan Valesong’s “Melody” skill should now also Cleanse its targets

Hotfixed Items (Aug. 10th, 2018)

  • Rise Of The Lion Lifetime Award icons should no longer appear as white squares
  • Rise Of The Lion Lifetime Award tooltip headers should now say “RISE OF THE LION” instead of “THE ROSE WAR EVENT”
  • The goal to “Do 1 arena battle” required the player to win an arena battle. Its description has been changed to “Win 1 arena battle” to clarify

Hotfixed Items:

  • The Legendary Vault Sage Natalia’s “Book Toss” skill had an issue preventing it from having a chance to stun Dark and Mirror targets. This issue should now be resolved
  • Recent event-only heroes have been added to keys. Their tokens can now be obtained when using keys by players who have collected those heroes

Update 1.1.14 is here and we are happy to announce that we have added a News feature to the game! We’ve received a lot of requests for this and are delighted to have added it! You can now keep up to date with all of the comings and goings in Lionheart: Dark Moon! Another big and exciting change comes to gameplay! Charge will now last through waves! Never waste a skill again! The release notes for 1.1.14 are below. Cinnabar (Gaea)

A LEGENDARY hero that doubles Coin and Sunstone rewards at the end of battle! Steal enemy buffs and consume them to greatly heal your team!

The richest woman in the Free Countries. A former street thug, she’s worked her way up through Ibrim’s social ranks with a mix of violence and cunning. There’s not a trade route she doesn’t control.

  • Three Wishes – Damage [3] random enemies
  • Three Wishes Lv. 2 – + Apply a random status effect (Burn, Poison, Wound, Bullseye, Skill Lock, Stun)
  • Trade Advantage – Damage an enemy. Transfer all debuffs and status effects from allies to the enemy!
  • Trade Advantage Lv. 2 – + Shorter cooldown
  • Stripped Influence – Deal huge damage to all enemies. Enemy buffs are stolen and given to Cinnabar!

Mimic (Gaea)

A VERY RARE hero that counters enemy attacks and copies ally’s HP, property and buffs!

Unknown. Most sages consider the Mimics a type of Daemon, a creature caught half between the material and spirit worlds. If true, it might explain their malicious intellect and shapeshifting appearance.

  • Echo Damage – Damage an enemy for half of your remaining HP. Take the same damage

Executioner Gallowglum (Dark)

A LEGENDARY hero that can break Protect! Mark enemies with a KO debuff that guarantees their death after 3 turns (cannot be used on bosses).

The last in a line of ceremonial Skein executioners. Gallowglum is a vast brute of a man, and as soft-hearted as he is huge. He dislikes violence and has never actually had the heart to kill a criminal.

  • Reluctant Strike – Damage an enemy. Break Protect!
  • Executioner’s Mark – Damage an enemy. Apply Knockout! After [3] turns, the enemy will be killed. Cannot be applied to Bosses

  • Lubberly Heave – Deal huge damage to an enemy. If the enemy is killed, all other enemies are Stunned!
  • Lubberly Heave Lv. 2 – + Shorter cooldown
  • Dwadle – Charge! Protect your team. Greatly boost your DEF. Lower enemies’ DEF when charge ends!

Gallows Stumbler (Dark)

A RARE hero that is incredibly vicious despite its cute appearance. Drain enemies when attacking, and Bullseye to guarantee Crits!

A strange little daemon that often mimics the appearance of childrens’ toys. They’re malicious and seem to enjoy whispering awful things into the ears of anyone unlucky enough to fall asleep near them.

Changes & Fixes


Guild Fixes/Changes:

  • An issue introduced in 1.1.13 caused the Guild Titan donation Daily Bonus hero token to no longer change or give extra Coins and Titan XP. This issue should now be resolved
  • The Guild chat unread message counter should no longer count the player’s messages
  • The Guild chat ticker should no longer sometimes erroneously display “(Leader)” after player names
  • Guild minimum player level should no longer apply, so players below the configured minimum player level can join the guild. It is planned to prevent those players from joining in a future update
  • After leaving a guild and joining one again, the guild chat ticker should no longer contain a message suggesting to join a guild
  • Restarting the game after disabling the Guild chat ticker should no longer enable it again
  • Rarity names in guild chat messages about having summoned heroes should now be localized
  • After a guild member who has sent a guild chat message recently changes their player name, guild chat history should now show that player’s most updated name instead of their previous name

Gameplay Changes:

  • When a wave’s enemies are defeated, skills with Charge effects should no longer be interrupted

Hero Fixes:

  • An issue introduced in 1.1.13 caused Rune Mother to no longer revive allies. This issue should now be resolved
  • Solumnian Wall Captain’s “For The Order!” skill’s description incorrectly implied that it should deal increased damage based on current HP. The description has been edited to explain that it should deal increased damage based on missing HP. The skill’s effect has not been changed
  • Solumnia Wall Captain’s “Stronghold” skill did nothing for a brief period after the release of 1.1.14. This issue should now be resolved
  • Mana Giant’s “Mana Burst” skill level 2/2 upgrade description said “+ Stun”, but did not add a stun effect to the skill. Level 2/2 should now stun
  • The Lionslayer’s “Executioner” skill’s charge graphical effect should no longer visually overlap heroes in the foreground
  • Grave Reaper’s “Mark Of Death” had an issue preventing it from reducing a hero’s max HP more than 3 times. It should no longer be limited in this way, and should be able to reduce a hero’s HP by 100% after 10 turns, leaving them at 1 HP

Goal Fixes:

  • The “Quenching Flames” goal to complete Trelis 7 with only Elemental heroes should now be properly credited for completion
  • The “Baby Wings” goal to complete Solumnia 7 with Mirror Whelp should now be properly credited for completion

Display Fixes:

  • There should no longer be duplicate Brawl Season leaderboard entries every 50 ranks starting at rank 100
  • The unread chat message counter should no longer reset after logging in and after each battle
  • In 1.1.13, HP bars in battle were changed to no longer be able to be drawn off the screen. There was an issue with this fix, causing HP bars to be positioned lower than intended in some cases, overlapping hero models when they didn’t need to. This issue should now be improved
  • When playing Tumbledowns 7, the story dialog would play during every playthrough for players who started playing after the release of 1.1.13. This issue should now be resolved

Arena  Fixes/Changes:

  • The Battle Stats menu accessible through the Battle Logs menu had been removed in 1.0.0. It has now been redesigned and restored! Players should now be able to view information about past arena battles
  • When seasons reset, players above 10000 Trophies had their Trophies reset to 10000 before receiving weekly brawl rewards instead of after, causing incorrect rewards to be awarded. This issue should now be resolved for future season resets

Purchase Fixes/Changes:

  • When cancelling an IAP purchase, the buy button should now be enabled without having to reopen the shop pack preview

Miscellaneous Fixes/Changes:

  • The game should no longer freeze for new users if they summon Mirror Tick and view it in the hero collection within their first session
  • Answering “NO” to an account conflict question about whether you want to replace your saved account with local progress should no longer act like answering “YES”
  • The Options menu should now appear as a tab in the Player Profile menu
  • iOS notifications should no longer be able to appear while the game is focused
  • The account conflict resolution prompt should no longer show unicode player names incorrectly

1.1.13 – Guild Improvements


Update 1.1.13 Notes

Update 1.1.13 has arrived with a number of exciting new things for players! The most important of these are all of the Guild changes that are listed below, such as guild chat being visible in the village and the ‘tap and hold’ function for donating hero tokens. New Heroes


Centaur Warchief Skald (Wyld)

A LEGENDARY hero that combos well with other Centaurs. Buff your allies then command them to attack an enemy!

An ancient centaur warlord. For the past few decades he’s roamed the deep wilds, only appearing to advise during a crown-moot or great gathering. His people are in awe of him.

Skills:

  • Wyld Slash – Damage an enemy
  • Wyld Slash Lv. 2 – + More damage
  • Song of the Wyld – Boost ATK for allies [50%]. 2x boost for Centaurs [100%]!
  • Song of the Wyld Lv. 2 – + Centaurs ignore DEF
  • War Chief – Damage an enemy. Command Centaurs to join the attack! Crit if Dark
  • War Chief Lv. 2 – + Shorter cooldown
  • Wyld Triumph – Lower DEF of all enemies [50%]. Bullseye if Dark!

Koscha the Green (Wyld)

An EPIC hero that supports her team by stealing attack from enemies, and reviving dead allies!

Before Koscha was chosen as a champion by Interi, she was a simple priestess; one who believed centaurs and humans could live in harmony.

  • Hatchet Toss – Damage an enemy
  • Hatchet Toss Lv. 2 – + 2x damage if Elemental!
  • Elicit Strength – Charge! Steal ATK from enemies. Damage all enemies when charge ends!
  • Elicit Strength Lv. 2 – + Purge
  • Deliverance – Revive an ally to half of their max HP
  • Deliverance Lv. 2 – + Turn them Invulnerable for [1] turn
  • Deliverance Lv. 3 – + Allies Regenerate until the revived Hero is killed!
  • Before the Flames – Passive. Resist Elemental damage
  • Before the Flames Lv. 2 – + Wyld allies resist Elemental damage

Solumnian Mage Breaker (Gaea)

An EPIC hero that controls the enemy team with various skills built to interrupt and weaken.

A member of the Pale Order, a group of Solumnians taught to suppress the flows of mana. Unlike the rest of the Free Countries, Solumnia is famous for its distrust and hatred of magic.

Skills:

  • Diminish Will – Damage an enemy
  • Diminish Will Lv. 2 – + Purge
  • Antipathy – Damage all enemies. Crit Lock
  • Antipathy Lv. 2 – + Heal Block
  • Interruption Bolt – Give an ally a [100%] Reflect buff and turn them Golden for [2] turns
  • Interruption Bolt Lv. 2 – + Longer duration
  • Reflection Veil – Passive. Resist Elemental damage
  • Reflection Veil Lv. 2 – + Wyld allies resist Elemental damage
  • Thwart Magic – Passive. Reduce enemy SKL by [50%]
  • Solumnian (Race) – Boost allies’ DEF [10%]

Solumnian Wall Captain (Gaea)

A VERY RARE hero that Protects her team boosts morale! Buff allies’ ATK and DEF to take out the enemy team.

Solumnia is split from north to south by three great walls, built to hold back the Mirror. The Wall Captains are those who proudly serve atop them.

Skills:

  • Sword Rive – Damage an enemy. Boost allies’ ATK [25%]!
  • Sword Rive Lv. 2 – + 2x boost if Solumnian
  • Stronghold – Charge! Protect your team. Turn Golden! Boost allies’ DEF [25%] when charge ends
  • Stronghold Lv. 2 – + 2x boost if Solumnian
  • Mobilize Troops – Damage an enemy. Command Gaea allies to join the attack!
  • Mobilize Troops Lv. 2 – + Always Crit
  • For the Order! – Damage all enemies based on your current HP. Bullseye
  • Critical Spur – Passive. Boost Crit Chance for allies by [50%]
  • Solumnian (Race) – Boost allies’ DEF [10%]

Changes & Fixes:


Guild Fixes/Changes:

  • After 30 days of Guild Master inactivity, Guild members can trigger a leadership transfer to the next most eligible member in this order: oldest Vice Leader, oldest General, oldest member of another rank
  • Players below a guild’s level requirement (configured on guild creation and editable by the Guild Master) should no longer be able to join that guild. Currently, there’s no message telling the player why they couldn’t join if their level is below the required level, but that is planned to be added
  • The Guild menu should now open more quickly
  • The Guild icon should now display the number of unread guild chat messages
  • When kicking a Guild member from the Guild, a confirmation should now be required
  • Tapping and holding the “DONATE” button in the Guild menu should now continuously donate hero tokens rapidly until released
  • Editing Guild fields should now show “SAVE” instead of “EDIT” on the Edit Guild menu’s button label, clarifying that changes to save were made
  • When kicking a player from a Guild, that player’s name should now be displayed in the Guild chat feed’s kick message

Hero Skill Fixes:

  • Corruption damage should no longer be affected by Reflect
  • Dark Wisp’s, Flame Wisp’s, and Frost Wisp’s races are now “Primal”, matching their racial passive skills
  • Mana Giant’s, Mana Primal’s, and Mana Hawk’s racial passive skills are now called “Engine”, matching their shared race name
  • Shadow Bloom’s “Transfer Essence” skill should now damage the Shadow Bloom for 50% of its max HP and heal its target for that amount
  • Cadaverine Corruptor’s “Dark Crystals” skill upgrade from level 1/3 to level 2/3 had an issue preventing its damage from being increased. This issue should now be resolved
  • Cadaverine Corruptor’s “Dark Crystals” skill description should now clarify that it applies Corrupt twice
  • Rolanda the Lion’s “Rally Call” skill had an issue causing it to preview healing on living allies despite not performing any healing except when reviving. This issue should now be resolved
  • Eclipse Druid’s “Eternal Night” passive skill had an issue that caused it to appear to apply “Deathless” to her Mirror allies each time she revived, even though she could only apply it once per battle. This was a visual issue only, and should now be resolved
  • Centaur Drummer’s “Battle March” skill description has been changed to clarify that it boosts ATK more for Wyld allies. Its effect has not been changed
  • The Golden Tiamat’s “Holy Storm” attack description has been changed to clarify that it damages random enemies. Its effect has not been changed
  • Midnight Unicorn’s “Fade Into Night” skill had in issue causing it to apply Vanish to the Midnight Unicorn instead of its target. This issue should now be resolved
  • Midnight Unicorn’s “Fade Into Night” skill description has been changed to clarify how many turns the Vanish it applies should last
  • Corbie Apprentice’ “Summon” skill description has been clarified to specify the exact HP it will revive its target to. Its effect has not been changed
  • Enthorned Archer’s “Symbiosis” skill description has been changed to clarify that it doubles the Enthorned Archer’s damage. Its effect has not been changed
  • Rose Unicorn’s “Crusader” passive skill had an issue preventing it from being applied in World, Draft Dungeon, and Challenge Event battles. This issue should now be resolved
  • The “Gladiator” passive skill shared by the Mana Engine heroes had an issue preventing it from being applied in Player vs. Player battles. This issue should now be resolved

Hero Speed Changes:

  • Sap Stumbler’s speed should now be 44, down from 45
  • Vault Novice Timothy’s speed should now be 45, up from 44

Pet Fixes:

  • The Leaf Lynx pet had an issue preventing it from healing allies the first time the equipped hero was attacked in a battle. This issue should now be resolved
  • The Lunar Pup pet an issue preventing its unique bonus from being applied in Player vs. Player battles. This issue should now be resolved

Balance Changes:

  • Enemies in Tumbledowns easy difficulty should no longer have Vanish or Burn effects

Display Fixes:

  • Skill cooldowns should now be visible from each hero’s Skills list (opened by long-pressing that hero or tapping their portrait frame) in battle
  • Health bars in battle for heroes with large character models should now always be visible, as they are now restricted to be positioned inside screen boundaries
  • Scrolling the Season leaderboard past rank 70 should no longer cause duplicate leaderboard entries to be inserted. Instead, the next set of leaderboard entries should be displayed, as originally intended
  • Reward sequences with up to 15 rewards should no longer draw some items off the sides of the screen in the final summary step
  • Under some circumstances, some unopened Mail was not present in the Mail menu. This issue should now be resolved
  • An issue was introduced in 1.1.12 causing the game to freeze for a short time while loading hero models. This affected the pre-battle team select screen mostly. This issue should now be resolved
  • Hero portraits in team select screens should now show the correct rarity gems for heroes who have been rarity-boosted to their max rarity
  • Non-damage scrolling combat text such as “Stun failed” should no longer overlap damage text when damage is dealt simultaneously
  • The Daily Gauntlet progress bar should now animate after wins and when resetting
  • After donating a hero token, the denominator for remaining hero tokens should no longer disappear
  • In the Hero Collection menu, “New” and “Event Only” banners should no longer be copied to incorrect hero portraits when scrolling
  • Pop-out elements in the token donation menu should no longer be obscured behind edges of the scroll region
  • The Arena Brawl Season leaderboard had an issue causing all avatars but the player’s to be displayed as Vault Novice Timothy. This issue should now be resolved
  • Guild members in the members list should now be sorted by donations by default and by event-specific points when a relevant event is running
  • An issue introduced in a 1.1.12 hotfix caused some guaranteed rewards, including those earned from battle, to be labelled “POSSIBLE REWARDS”. This issue should now be resolved

Draft Dungeon Fixes/Changes:

  • The camera angle in Draft Dungeon should no longer be able to become stuck pointing somewhere other than all the heroes in the battle
  • After an allied hero died in the Draft Dungeon, an issue introduced in 1.1.12 caused the enemy who last attacked to attack again, out of turn order. This issue should now be resolved

Purchase Fixes/Changes:

  • When low on event currency and buying remaining event currency with Crowns, there was an issue causing the purchase to take up to 5 seconds. This issue should now be resolved

Miscellaneous Fixes/Changes

  • The maximum number of Loot Tokens able to be regenerated has been reduced for players below level 10. Gaining player levels up to level 10 will increase the maximum number of Loot Tokens able to be regenerated to the previous maximum of 12. Players level 10 and above should not be affected by this change
  • An issue was introduced in 1.1.12 which prevented the ability to donate hero tokens of heroes not yet collected. This issue should now be resolved, allowing these donations again
  • When using Crowns to upgrade a pet without enough Coins, there was an issue preventing the pet upgrade from being applied properly. This issue should now be resolved
  • The game’s storage usage should no longer be able to grow to unexpected sizes
  • Battles should no longer be able to become stuck while auto-playing
  • There was an issue when disconnected from the server for more than 2 minutes causing the game to never recover after reconnecting, requiring the game to be restarted. The game should now recover in these situations
  • Base battle speed has been increased by 30%
  • Friendship Combo chance has been increased

Lifetime Awards are added to players that reach high ranks during the event. They show the rank you placed in the event, as well as a small icon.

Guild Fixes/Changes:

  • A notification badge should now appear on the “Guild” icon in the Village if a new member has joined the Guild
  • The Guild members list should now be sorted by Guild rank
  • Vice Leaders should now be able to kick Guild members

Hero Skill Fixes:

  • Applying Heal Block to an enemy hero should no longer cause an allied copy of that hero to be Heal Blocked

  • Red Branch Bandit Wolf’s “Greater Swipe” skill level 2/3 should now deal equal damage with each of its hits
  • Red Branch Bandit Wolf’s “Greater Swipe” skill level 3/3 should now deal  more damage than level 2/3, as originally intended
  • The skill description of Red Branch Scout’s “Poison Fan” skill level 1/2 should now accurately specify a “Mid” chance instead of a “High” chance to Poison. Its chance to Poison has not been changed
  • Rose Elf Archer’s “Flare Arrows” skill had an issue causing its damage to decrease from level 1/2 to level 2/2. Its damage should now remain the same from level 1/2 to level 2/2
  • Rose Elf Archer’s “Flare Arrows” skill level 2/2 cooldown is now 2 turns, up from 1 turn
  • Rolanda The Lion and Rune Mother should again be able to revive their allies if they have dead allies and buff their allies if they have no dead allies as intended
  • Rolanda the Lion’s “Bloodline” skill description should now clarify that it applies the “Invulnerable” buff. The skill’s effect has not changed
  • Sap Stumbler’s “Sappy Ball” skill should now Skill Lock at level 2/3 as originally intended
  • Scroll Mite’s “Thought Thief” skill level 2/2 should now deal more damage than level 1/2, as originally intended
  • Snow Stumbler’s “Albedo” skill upgrade from level 1/2 to 2/2 has been changed from adding more Reflect damage to reducing the cooldown
  • The “Spider” racial passive skill should now increase CRIT chance by 50%, up from 10%
  • The “Spider” racial passive skill’s CRIT chance buff should now be visible in battle
  • The “Unicorn” racial passive skill should now decrease enemies’ ATK by 15%, up from 10%
  • Wrath Goblin’s “Wrath!” skill should no longer be able to crit the Wrath Goblin
  • The Elemental Guild Titan’s DEF buff had an issue causing it to apply multiplicatively to the hero’s DEF with a maximum value of 30%. It has been changed to apply additively to the hero’s DEF with a maximum value of 20%. Despite this lower number, due to adding DEF directly to the hero’s DEF directly instead of multiplying the hero’s current DEF, it should now be more effective at reducing damage taken
  • Ancient Frost Giant’s “Permafrost” skill level 2/2 DEF buff had an issue causing it to apply multiplicatively instead of additively. It should now apply additively instead of multiplicatively, causing it to be more effective
  • The Bumble Bug pet’s DEF bonus had an issue causing it to apply multiplicatively instead of additively. It should now apply additively instead of multiplicatively, causing it to directly reduce the user’s DEF value by 15. For example, 60% current DEF would now become 45% DEF with Bumble Bug equipped, down from 51% DEF
  • Stat reductions from debuffs should now be added together before being multiplied with the maximum buffed value of that stat. For example, if the hero has one 100% ATK buff and two 25% ATK debuffs, it will have (1+1)×(1-(0.25+0.25))=100% ATK. This change does not affect DEF debuffs, which are always subtracted directly from the hero’s current DEF
  • Midnight Bear’s “Nightbringer” skill had an issue causing it to not heal allies. It should now heal allies

Pet Fixes:

  • The Skull Cat and Grey Tsula pets had an issue causing them to revive their heroes for half the intended amount of HP. While they still don’t revive their heroes for a significant amount of HP, the new amount should now be the intended amount

Menu Fixes:

  • The dark gradient overlays in the “Search Guilds” menu should no longer prevent drags started by tapping them from scrolling the list
  • The Pets tab in the hero menu should no longer cause the game’s framerate to drop to unplayable levels or crash when displaying thousands of pets

Display Fixes:

  • Brawls should no longer be able to contain users that aren’t eligible for Arena

Rewards Fixes/Changes:

  • The Daily Rewards menu should no longer appear when entering the Village menu when no Daily Reward is available to collect
  • In 1.1.10, an issue was introduced preventing summoning duplicate heroes from showing the hero shinily. Summoning a duplicate hero should now show the hero shinily again

Miscellaneous Fixes/Changes:

  • Quick Looting and quickly entering a battle’s team select menu before the Quick Loot rewards have appeared should no longer cause the game to get stuck
  • Attempting to upgrade a skill with enough Coins but not enough Gems should no longer cause an error
  • When a Brawl ends, the game should no longer send multiple notifications that the Brawl ended

Android Fixes:

  • An issue introduced in 1.1.11 caused the Android version to sometimes crash when loading hero models. This issue should be resolved

Known Issues:

  • An issue introduced in 1.1.12 currently prevents Guild donations of Hero Tokens of Heroes not yet collected by the player. This is not intended. Donating Hero Tokens of collected Heroes should still work as intended

1.1.11 – New Events


Fight to increase your Trophy count before the Arena Slayer event, which takes place the weekend of May 11!

  • Higher leagues, and Very Rare or Epic heroes, earn bonus points
  • Battle for progression rewards, Leaderboard ranks and Key Dust
  • Use the Key Dust to open chests with special Hero Token rewards (including the event-limited heroes)

The Week of Knives runs through the weekend of May 18, when the legendary PRINCE OF WOUNDS is revealed! He leads a Hunt against the Vaultkeepers and his Mirror Rivals, in an effort to corrupt one of the Gaea heroes

  • Unlock the new Legendary hero by opening chests using Sunstones you earn in the event or can buy in the shop
  • Use the new Prince of Wounds, or Mirror Blighter, Hound Mistress and other Mirror heroes for bonus points during the Hunt Event
  • Fight for Leaderboard ranks, with the top-ranked players unlocking the new exclusive mirror-corrupted ECLIPSE DRUID!

New Heroes rise from the grave with the March of the Dead – featuring the legendary LORD OF SHADOWS and epic GRAVE REAPER – during the weekend of May 25!

  • Two Challenge battles will run during the event, allowing players of higher level to challenge themselves for even more Honor points on the Guild Leaderboard
  • Unlock the EPIC Grave Reaper by defeating all the normal Challenge battles
  • Get the LORD OF SHADOWS by opening chests during the event

The Snowstorm Tournament takes place during the weekend of June 1, with new Blizzard weather effects to challenge your heroes in the fight for Trophies!

  • The “Second Chance” buff that’s applied by Smoke Grimalkin’s “Dying Light” skill should now revive its target as intended
  • The collectible Koscha The Deathless’ “Inferno Charge” skill description did not mention that it applied Burn, but it did apply Burn. Its description should now accurately describe all of its effects

Hero Balance Changes:

  • Dark Blob’s “Viscosity” passive skill had an issue preventing it from doing anything. It should now have a high chance to apply a 20% DEF buff for 2 turns when the Dark Blob is hit
  • Frost Unicorn’s “Heart Of The North” passive skill is now an aura, so its effect should always apply while the Frost Unicorn is present and always not apply while the Frost Unicorn is absent
  • Mana Hawk’s “Mark Prey” skill level 1/2’s damage has been increased slightly
  • Mana Hawk’s “Mark Prey” skill level 2/2’s damage has been decreased to match the damage of level 1/2
  • Mana Hawk’s “Mark Prey” skill’s cooldown has been increased by 1 turn
  • Mana Hawk’s base Attack and Skill stats’ balance has been shifted, causing Attack to have decreased and Skill to have increased
  • Mana Hawk’s base Crit chance has been increased from 3% to 5%
  • Mana Hawk’s base Crit Damage has been reduced from 200% to 175%
  • Midnight Bear has been redesigned with the following changes:
    • Midnight Bear’s base HP has been increased and base SKL and ATK decreased
    • Bear’s base DEF has been reduced to 0
    • Midnight Bear’s base Crit chance has been increased to 5%, up from 2.5%
    • Midnight Bear’s “Moonlight” attack should now damage an enemy at level 1/2 and add a self-Cleanse at level 2/2
    • Midnight Bear’s “Claws of Dusk” skill should now deal DEF-ignoring and Property-ignoring damage an enemy and deal the same damage to Midnight Bear at level 1/2 and add Stun at level 2/2
    • Midnight Bear’s “Nightbringer” level 2/2 should now also heal allies for a portion of Midnight Bear’s Max HP
    • Midnight Bear should have a new passive skill named “Forest Protector” which prevents Corrupt and Shield and adds 50% extra Max HP
  • Midnight Bear has 1 known issue which will be addressed in an upcoming hotfix:
    • Midnight Bear’s “Nightbringer” skill does not charge or heal itself to full as intended
  • Mirror Blighter’s “Corruption Chant” skill’s chance to Corrupt per projectile has been increased to “High”, up from “Mid”
  • Mirror Blighter’s “Corruption Chant” skill’s damage has been increased significantly
  • Mirror Ogre’s “Shard Surge” skill damage has been significantly increased
  • Sand Crab’s, Shield Crab’s, and Trelis Shieldmaiden’s basic attacks have been changed to scale with ATK instead of DEF. These attacks’ base damage should be very similar to what it was in 1.1.10 and earlier
  • Sap Stumbler’s “Ogre Toy” has been renamed to “Troll Toy” and should now boost allied Trolls’ ATK as well as allied Ogres’
  • Shadow Bloom’s “Transfer Essence” skill level 2 should now have a cooldown of 1 turn, up from 0 turns
  • Shadow Bloom’s “Transfer Essence” skill should now deal 25% of the Shadow Bloom’s max HP in damage to itself and heal its target for 150% of that damage value

Boss Fixes:

  • Mirror Drake should now be immune to Corrupt
  • The boss Broken King’s “To The Brink” skill’s description said that it would Chill, but Purged instead. Its description should now say that it will Purge
  • The Flame Caller boss in Desert Of Fangs had an issue causing its “Purifying Flame” skill to Silence instead of Purge. It should now Purge as intended

Display Fixes/Changes:

  • An uninitialized Shop panel with a nonexistent pack called “Name” was sometimes visible on the front page of the Shop menu. This should no longer be able to happen
  • “POSSIBLE SUMMONS” hero lists which list which heroes are possible to summon when using a Key should now be sorted by rarity
  • Reward previews, bundle previews, and XP potions should no longer be able to enumerate false self-duplications
  • Tapping the League title header in the main Arena menu should now open the League rewards preview menu
  • The red notification counter that enumerates the number of newly-collected heroes not yet viewed in the Hero Collection should now properly disappear when all newly-collected heroes have been viewed
  • The Shop button in the Village should now display a notification counter when the daily Hero Tokens available in the Shop have been refreshed
  • When Skill Locked in battle, the locked skill’s locked duration appeared to last 1 turn longer than the Skill Lock debuff’s duration. This issue should be resolved

Goals & Achievements Fixes/Changes:

  • Current unfinished Daily Goals should now always expire each day when Daily Goals reset, so players should now always have a maximum of 1 set of Daily Goals
  • The Daily Goal to collect a Side Quest should now properly earn credit
  • The “QUICK LOOTER (5/9)” achievement’s requirement should now match its description. Players who had partial progress on it should have equal proportional progress toward its completion

Miscellaneous Fixes/Changes:

  • Hero models now load asynchronously, which should improve performance when adding heroes in the pre-battle team selection menu and viewing heroes in the Hero Collection
  • If enough Gems and Coins were available, tapping the skill upgrade button more than once quickly was able to consume extra Gems and Coins for no benefit. This should no longer be possible
  • The player level up sequence is now a full screen displaying features which are unlocked with that layer.

Known Issues:

  • Last Gasp Revive pets no longer revive their heroes
  • Rolanda The Lion’s “Rally Call” can no longer be used without any dead allies

Hero Balance Changes:

Defense

  • Defense should now be displayed as the damage reduction percentage that has always been used internally by the combat system since the game was released. As this affects the way Defense is displayed only, Defense balance has not been affected by this change
  • Collectible Heroes with lower relative base Defense should now have higher base HP than they had relative to Heroes with higher relative base Defense. This is a scale change that should affect all collectible Heroes
  • The maximum damage reduction from Defense should now be 80%, down from 95%

Speed

  • The hierarchy of Hero speeds has been redesigned. The new hierarchy is the following, from fastest (100) to slowest (10). Changes can be found here: SPEED CHANGES

Specific Hero Balance/Design Changes:

  • The collectible Reaver Cleaver’s base Crit Damage has been reduced from 200% to 150%
  • Cadaverine Reaper has been redesigned
    • “Reap” level 1 should now Wound all enemies instead of Poisoning
    • “Reap” level 2 should no longer have an increased cooldown or increased damage, but instead, adds an extra stack of Wound, causing it to Wound twice
    • “Scythe Strike” levels 1 and 2 should now deal increased damage
    • “Scythe Strike” level 3 should now always Wound instead of dealing increased damage
    • The Vanish from “Skulking Strike” should now last 2 turns

Hero Skill Bug Fixes:

  • The implementation for ignoring DEF in skills had been rewritten for Rolanda, released in a previous update. This caused Rolanda to be the only Hero who could ignore DEF with attacks against Heroes who were immune to stat debuffs, such as Midnight Wolf. This implementation should now also apply to the following Heroes who ignore DEF with their skills:
    • Flame Cauldron
    • Frost Elemental
    • Frost Wisp
    • Golden Tiamat
    • Greater Bear
    • Greater Owl
    • Ivy Elf Warden

The spikes should now deal the same amount of damage per spike. The damage should now be lower than what it was due to the way that the damage had been multiplied on the high-damage spikes
  • An issue with a 1.1.9 hotfix caused Shadow Dancer’s “Shadow Execution” to no longer deal damage. It should properly deal its damage again
  • Mirror Weaver’s “Skittering Strike” should now properly steal Attack
  • The Lionslayer’s “Allegiance” skill should now buff its Attack by 50% per Mirror Hero, up from 20% per Mirror Hero
  • Ancient Flame Giant’s “Lava Spew” skill should no longer buff attack multiple times
  • Damage-over-time effects should no longer break Freeze

Arena Fixes:

  • Brawl rank 1 players should no longer be awarded multiple rank 1 Hero rewards when Brawls reset
  • The Arena World leaderboard should no longer sometimes prevent scrolling past rank 100

Hotfix March 3rd:

  • Stitched Invoker’s “Harvest Shield” had an issue causing it to be able to deal excessive damage and generate an excessively large Shield, more than 50 times its maximum HP. This should no longer be possible

Grimalkins are odd cats, famed for their intelligence and magical abilities. The Blaze breed seems to have randomly decided to follow Mother Gaea. No one knows why.

Basic buffing hero, low damage but high utility in battle. A perfect non-healing support.

  • Arcane Crisis (basic): Damage an enemy. Upgrade to crit Elemental enemies.
  • Mitigate: Short cooldown Shield. Upgrade to cleanse as well.
  • Dual Casting: Double Skill for the target and caster. Upgrade to give Stitch Elves extra.
  • Arcane Adept: All stitch Elves gain bonus Crit Damage.
Stitch Bonecaller (Epic):

Revival / death hero, focused around trading HP for bonus effects.

  • Exorcist (basic): Damage an enemy. Upgrade to drain shield.
  • Reanimate: Short cooldown revive for an ally to 1 Hp. Upgrade to shield.
  • Soul Wrench: Trade HP for a massive Shield to an ally.
  • Sacrifice: Damage all enemies at the cost of the Bonecaller’s Life. The lower her HP, the more damage it deals.
  • Grave Call: Shield all allies upon death.
Stitch Invoker (Epic):

High-damage caster that gains extra damage from shield, but has abysmal crit chance.

  • Daemonic Pact (basic): Damage an enemy. Upgrade to gain damage from your current shield.
  • Harvest: Damage all enemies. Upgrade to drain Shield, and to deal bonus damage from Crits.
  • Trauma Bolt: Massive nuke that heal blocks. Upgrade to crit if the Invoker is at Max HP.
  • Overcharge: True Strike yourself. Shield.
  • Rune Wrap: Passive. Begin the battle with a shield.

The Stitch Elves are now shield-focused, un-healable casters. They’re extremely vulnerable to silence, skill lock and cleanses, which take away their ability to cast and shield themselves. Any HP they lose is permanent — So even with their massive HP pool, care has to be taken in drawn-out battles to stop them from taking any unnecessary damage

Changes & Fixes


Draft Dungeon Balance Changes:

  • Less HP for enemies
  • Enemy compositions have less high-rarity heroes
  • Power curve slightly lowered to make it steadier

Pet Menu Changes:

  • The tap region on the Pet icon in the team selection screen should now match the size of the icon

Hero Skill Fixes/Changes:

  • Corbie Broken King’s “To The Brink” skill should no longer be able to crit

Skill Balance Changes:

  • Herbalist gives a 25% DEF boost now at “Herbalism Lv. 2” rather than a 35% boost. If Wyld, the boost is still applied twice, equaling a 50% boost rather than a 70% boost.

Arena Fixes:

  • Players who had more than 6000 Arena Trophies and were affected by the original reset on 2018-02-18 were experiencing an issue that caused them to gain or lose unpredictable numbers of Trophies after Arena battles. This issue should now be resolved

Display Fixes:

  • The red notification badge on the Heroes button in the Village indicating the number of new Heroes should no longer be unable to be removed by viewing all new Heroes
  • Tooltips for Hero Tokens as Goal rewards should now display the name of the Hero whose Tokens will be awarded
  • Players should no longer be able to see themselves at rank 0 in Arena
  • After returning to the Village from a battle while certain events are running, the loading screen should no longer be able to get stuck at “100%”
  • Heroes that have not yet been obtained which are labelled “Coming Soon” and “Event Only” should now be sorted together at the bottom of the Hero Collection
  • The “SKILLS” GUI in battle should now fit more than 5 skills with a scrollable list
  • In the team select screen after the 4th hero slot is unlocked, the “FIGHT” button should no longer turn grey

Miscellaneous Fixes/Changes:

  • An issue that could cause the game client to stop working properly when summoning Heroes with a low-bandwidth client-server connection should now be resolved
  • Between 0:00 and 8:00 UTC, the Arena “FIGHT” button had an issue continuously preventing the player from entering the Arena if they had the maximum Daily Gauntlet kills. This should now be resolved
  • Tapping the screen during the summon animation should now be able to skip the animation when summoning Heroes below a base rarity of Epic
  • There was an issue with the 1.1.6 fix stating “The final Hero randomly chosen as a reward for completing all Daily Rewards should no longer be able to repeat consecutively after being awarded”. Under rare circumstances, the Ursus Rager could repeat consecutively. This issue should now be resolved
  • The set of Heroes used to randomly choose a reward for completing all Daily Rewards should now include a greater number of different Heroes
  • After returning to the Village from a battle while certain events are running, the loading screen should no longer be able to get stuck at “100%”
  • The “Master Summoner (2/9)” Achievement should now properly gain 1 point of credit instead of 2 when using 1 key

Dark Moon: Update 1.1.7


March 6th, 2017 Hotfix Notes:

The Mirror Cult seems to have invaded our servers this weekend and we had to do some work to repair things! Sorry for the delay in getting these fixes out to everyone.

Here are the Hotfix Notes! Make sure to check your mailbox in the game too! The event is back up and running as intended!

  • The Lion’s Share Bundle is meant to contain 3800 Sunstones, but its description said it contained 300. The description should now be correct
  • Blood Hornet, Polar Yona, and Lantern Bug graphics should now be properly displayed in the Hero menu
  • The “Challenging Spear” skill should now work as intended
  • All Rise of the Lion bundles should be back in the Shop
  • Rise of the Lion battles had an issue at the highest difficulties preventing battles from working properly. This issue should be resolved
  • Rise of the Lion Honor rewards should now be increased by difficulty
  • Rise of the Lion Honor and Sunstone rewards should now always be properly multiplied by the Vault Keeper Heroes
  • Small quantities of Honor and Sunstones should now be able to drop from normal World battles
  • When Rolanda joins the battle during Rise of the Lion event battles, she should now be much stronger and scale with difficulty
  • The Shard Of Whispers 1/3 achievement should now be able to earn credit
  • The Goal to complete 5 Goals should now properly require 5 Goals instead of 6
  • The Wyld Troll 3/3 achievement’s description should now mention that it must be completed on Doom difficulty

New Features / Re-Designs


A whole new set of Goals has been created!  Goals from before 1.1.7 should still be able to be completed, but should no longer appear as new Daily Goals.  Goals that never expire are now called Achievements, and are sorted into a separate “Achievements” tab.

Nat Goals

A new button called “Tips” should now be available in the Village for players who haven’t yet completed Tumbledowns. Tapping this button should cause Natalia to help players progress and simultaneously earn Goal rewards!

  • Tap on her icon in the HUD to see a recommended Goal

  • The Mist Tsula Pet’s Vanish duration should now last 2 turns instead of 3 turns
  • The Pink Tsula Pet’s passive effect should no longer guarantee acting first. Instead, it should now increase the Hero’s Speed stat by 50
  • The Stone Shield Pet’s passive effect should now cause the Hero to be immune to Stun instead of resisting Stun

Balance Changes:

  • The Arena should now be available to unlock at player level 4
  • Moon Druid’s “Lullaby” skill level 1/2 should now apply Silence with a duration of 1 turn instead of 2 turns

  • Applying Burn to a Burning enemy should now increase the duration of Burn by 1 turn
  • Moon Druid’s “Lullaby” skill level 2/2 had a longer cooldown than level 1/2, with 5 turns. It should now be 4 turns instead, which is the same as level ½
  • If Bullseye is applied to a Hero with Vanish, the next damage-dealing attack affecting that Hero should no longer be able to miss
  • Wound should now be able to gain unlimited stacks
  • Wound’s damage has been reduced from 15% of the Hero’s current HP to 10% of the Hero’s current HP per stack

Arena Changes:

  • Starting from the week after the release of 1.1.7, the Heroes chosen as rank 1 rewards for Brawls should no longer change unexpectedly during the Brawl when updates are released

Hero Menu Fixes:

  • The Pet menu’s sorting method should now be remembered between sessions

Display Fixes:

  • Upgrading a Pet that’s equipped to a Hero who’s ready to rarity boost should no longer cause rarity boost graphical effects to appear overlapping the Pet menu
  • In the team select menu, viewing a Hero’s profile with a Pet equipped then moving it out of its slot and back in should no longer increase that Hero’s displayed power
  • Skill icons in Hero Profile menus should now properly fit their frames
  • An regression causing the Arena World leaderboard to not be able to scroll past rank 100 should now be resolved
  • When trying to upgrade or unlock a skill without enough Coins, after buying the Coins with Crowns, the red cost text should now properly turn white

Dark Souls Event (Friday 20:00:00UTC)

  • Collect Souls by defeating Dark Enemies in PvE Battles
  • Earn big rewards by gaining more Souls
  • Use Corbie Heroes in battle to earn extra Souls!
  • Unlock the Legendary Watcher Hero!
  • Work with all the other players of Dark Moon to get a special world reward (including Coins and Crowns, as well as the Corbie Key)
  • This event has been improved since last seen by players, with less Souls required to gain rewards
  • There was an issue causing Corbie Keys to be able to award 1 Hero Token when used. Corbie Keys should now award the intended numbers of Hero Tokens

  • The Watcher’s “Light The Way” skill’s cooldown should now be 5 turns instead of 6 turns

Tournament of Champions! – A Guild vs Guild PVP Lunar New Year


The tournament is a great martial event that used to take place in Skein once a year.  Over a week, Vault Keepers and their allies would battle each other in a series of contests, some magical, some melee. Prizes from the Vault Keepers treasuries would be awarded to those individuals or groups who excelled in the battles. Uniquely among tournaments, all battles occurred during the evening, beginning at dusk and ending at sunup.

Following the Vaults near destruction, the tradition was put on hold until revived by the 159th Vault Mistress, Natalia who repurposed it both as a sign of recovery and a way of recruiting new keepers.

Event Description:

  • Compete in the Tournament of Champions to win special Tournament Trophies and become the best Guild in Lionheart Dark Moon!
  • The more you win, the more you earn, as you can gain extra Coins, Champion’s Stones and Ranking with a Win Streak
  • Reveal valuable rewards on the Lunar Card Table, including the event-limited Mana Giant hero, by spending the Champion’s Stones you earn in tournament battles
  • The Lunar Festival has a unique reward added to the Card Table: Red Envelopes. Under some of the cards are additional prizes. These are unique rewards that are given to every single guild member everytime you reveal one! Earn Coins, and a chance at more valuable rewards like Gems or Crowns, each time you open a Red Envelope.
  • At the end of the Tournament of Champions, your rank in the event will earn all Guild Members a reward based on position, as well as ranking of all players
  • Make sure you fight at least 3 times in the Tournament to get a rank, and then keep battling to become the best!
  • Tournament Tickets are used to enter a Tournament battle, and you can gain more every day
  • Play Campaign battles for a chance to earn Event Tickets anytime you have Loot Tokens
  • The app icon has been changed to represent the upcoming Tournament Of Champions event!
  • The Village has been decorated for the Tournament of Champions

Changes & Fixes


Pet Changes:

  • Three Pet slots: Equip up to three pets and quick swap between them. Only ONE pet is active at a time
  • Mass Sell multiple pets at once to clear out your inventory
  • Tapping a Pet’s bonus description in the Pet’s info panel should now display tooltips for any effects that description mentions

Notification Changes:

  • Local notifications should now be friendlier and more useful for reminders about relevant timers ending

Arena Changes:

  • Players will fight fewer opponents they’ve fought recently (in the last 6 hours instead of 1)
  • The matchmaking algorithm now values less whether the opponent is in the player’s Weekly Brawl, so closer Trophy matches outside the player’s Brawl should override the opponent being in the player’s Brawl
  • Hero rewards from high rankings in Arena Weekly Brawls will be randomized from a selection of Heroes each week from now on

Quick Loot Changes:

  • Quick Loot should now be available starting at level 3
  • Quick Loot should now be available for all completed battles without needing to complete that chapter’s final battle

Balance Changes:

  • Ivy Elf Warden’s “Seed Barrage” skill should now deal 50% more damage. This change is some damage compensation for the duration fix mentioned below
  • Ivy Elf Warden’s “Seed Barrage” skill should now Tangle all enemies instead of just non-Wyld enemies
  • Ivy Elf Warden’s “Thorned Arrow” attack levels 2/3 and 3/3 should now significantly deal more damage than level 1/3
  • The “Wolf” racial passive skill has been changed to stack additively with other attack buffs instead of multiplicatively. Instead of each stack multiplying the Wolf’s attack with all previously-applied attack bonuses, it should now multiply only the Wolf’s base attack per stack
  • The “Wolf” racial passive skill’s attack bonus has been lowered from 35% to 20%
  • Vault Master Timothy’s “Inferno Blitz” skill was dealing the same damage with level 2/2 as level 1/2. The damage of level 2/2 should now be significantly increased. Level 1/2 should not be affected
  • The Ivy Elf Warden in wave 3 of the 6th battle in Tumbledowns Easy should no longer use “Seed Barrage”
  • Hero Tokens available in the World have been shuffled
  • The set of Heroes available from using Star Keys has been changed to a different set. The only Hero available that was available in Star Keys before this change is Mirror Weaver
  • A permanent Huge Potion Bundle with 20 Huge XP Potions has been added to the Shop
  • The final Hero randomly chosen as a reward for completing all Daily Rewards should no longer be able to repeat consecutively after being awarded
  • In 1.1.5, Poison was changed to remove 7% of the target’s maximum HP per turn per stack instead of 7.5%. This change was already included in 1.1.5, but was not noted in 1.1.5’s release notes

Hero Skill Fixes:

  • The skill upgrade system has been rewritten, which should standardize all skill upgrade costs across Heroes of the same rarity

  • Skill upgrades appearing to require “999999” Gems and “999999” Coins should now require the intended costs to upgrade, fixing several Heroes’ skills affected by this issue
  • An issue introduced in 1.1.4 caused Ivy Elf Warden’s “Seed Barrage” skill to Tangle for 2 turns. It should now Tangle for 1 turn as intended

  • Bomb Burster’s “Molten Shower” level 2/2 should now properly always apply Burning
  • Salamander Archer’s “Ignition” passive skill should now properly Burn all enemies instead of doing nothing
  • Legendary Vault Sage Natalia’s “Vault Sage” passive skill should now properly apply to herself
  • Ursus Blacksmith’s “Crucible” passive skill should now properly Shield allied Heroes when Ursus Blacksmith dies instead of when battle starts
  • Frost Wendigo’s “Shatterclaw” skill was dealing the same damage at level 2/2 as level 1/2. It should now deal significantly more damage at level 2/2 than level 1/2. The damage of level 1/2 should not be affected
  • The “Ursus” racial passive skill should now properly grant Chill and Freeze immunity
  • Ancient Frost Giant’s “Permafrost” skill level 2/2 was not boosting DEF. It should now do so
  • Rune Mother’s “Protect Young” skill should now be usable while no allied Gaea heroes are dead
  • Cadaverine Corruptor’s “Dark Crystals” skill upgrade from 2/3 to 3/3 should now properly reduce its cooldown from 3 turns to 2 turns
  • Trelis Shieldmaiden’s “Heavy Slam” level 2/2 should now properly Stun the target if it has low HP
  • The “Unicorn” racial passive skill is now an aura, so it should now properly apply its effect to all enemies while the Unicorn is alive, including enemies in new waves
  • Midnight Wolf’s “Through Moonlight” passive skill was listing “Immune to Vanish” in each enemy’s effect tooltip for the number of enemies. “Immune to Vanish” should now be listed only once
  • Sap Stumbler’s “Sap Magic” passive skill is now an aura, so it should now properly give bonus ATK to allied Ogres who joined the battle after the battle started
  • Ivy Elf Druid’s “Wyld Magic” passive skill is now an aura, so it should now properly give bonus ATK to allied Wyld Heroes who joined the battle after the battle started
  • Moon Druid’s “Celestial Light” passive skill is now an aura, so it should now properly give Mirror damage reduction to allied Heroes who joined the battle after the battle started
  • Pride Goblin’s “Goblin King” passive skill is now an aura, so it should now properly give bonus ATK to allied Goblins who joined the battle after the battle started
  • Vault Master Timothy’s “Vault Master” passive skill is now an aura, so it should now properly give Mirror and Dark damage reduction to allied Heroes who joined the battle after the battle started
  • Trelis Huntress’ “Track Wildlife” passive skill is now an aura, so it should now properly give increased damage dealt to enemy Wildlife to allied Heroes who joined the battle after the battle started
  • The Watcher’s “Dark Aura” passive skill is now an aura, so it should now properly give bonus ATK to allied Heroes who joined the battle after the battle started
  • Corbie Keymaster’s “Unlock Potential” skill description has been rewritten for clarity
  • Black Mask’s “Skill Theft” passive skill description has been rewritten for clarity
  • Mirror Champion’s “Reflect Shield” skill description has been rewritten for clarity

Hero Fixes:

  • The “Rune Mother” boss of Ibrim should now be properly Gaea instead of Wyld

Pet Fixes:

  • Leveling a newly-equipped pet should no longer level a pet of the same type that was previously equipped to that hero instead
  • Pets given to new players early in the game should no longer have stats that don’t exist

Guild Fixes:

  • Unreleased Heroes should no longer be able to be the Guild Titan Donation Bonus
  • The minimum player level to unlock the Guilds feature has been lowered from level 7 to level 5

Goal Fixes:

  • Goals which specify a difficulty for completion should now be able to be completed on that difficulty or higher

Hero Menu Fixes:

  • Hero portraits in the Hero menu’s “Friends” tab should now open Hero Profiles when tapped

Miscellaneous Fixes:

  • Players should no longer be able to get stuck on the Silver Key summon tutorial step
  • The Coins rewards from Draft Dungeon Chests should now always fall within the range of Coins displayed in the main Draft Dungeon menu’s “POSSIBLE REWARDS” tooltips
  • Players in time zones where the Daily Rewards timer reset in the middle of the day could inadvertently miss a day by checking in the morning on one day and the evening on the next, so 3 extra leniency days have been added to the internal timer. This should prevent unexpected resetting and allow more players to finish their Daily Rewards calendars

Display Fixes:

  • Huge Potion’s description should now properly say that it grants 1250 XP instead of 500 XP in English. Only the description was incorrect. The XP it grants has not been changed
  • The Elemental Guild Titan should no longer be too tired to stand in its frame
  • Non-ASCII Unicode characters in Guild names should no longer be displayed as question marks in the Arena team select menu
  • Crit Damage bonus tooltips should now show the proper Crit Damage bonus values they provide instead of “0%”. This was a tooltip issue only
  • The notification badge should now be properly removed from the Arena button immediately after Weekly Brawl results are viewed
  • The “New” label on the Timed Key should now properly display its translation in non-English languages
  • An issue preventing event timers in the Village from properly counting down visibly should now be fixed
  • The “MAX REWARDS REACHED” warning tooltip should no longer appear when the Daily Gauntlet kills are lower than the daily maximum
  • Draft Dungeon weekly rewards could sometimes display a different rank than the player actually ended the week with. This should no longer be able to happen
  • Guild level should no longer be displayed as “0” for Guilds of which the player is not a member
  • Loot Tokens should now properly appear in Daily Gauntlet Chest reward sequences
  • The “FIGHT” button in team select menus should no longer have tiny text in some languages such as French

Known Issues:

  • If the server takes more than 10 seconds to respond to an in-app purchase request sent by the game client, the client retries and the server responds with an error telling the client that the item has already been purchased, causing the client to show “Connection Issue” and force a soft restart. In these cases, the items purchased were given to the account and will be present after restarting the game client
  • Tournament Of Champions battles award Coins but don’t display the awarded Coins on the victory banner
  • On the victory banner after winning Draft Dungeon battles at floor multiples of 5, the Draft Dungeon chest icon’s reward preview shows the next tier’s chest instead of the current tier’s chest
  • Frost Elemental’s “Ice Shards” skill level 2/2 deals a different amount of damage with each projectile
  • The Watcher’s “Light The Way” skill which only Revives all allies can be used while no allies are dead
  • The “Mana Engine” racial passive skill subtracts slightly less than half of the Hero’s HP, causing it to be slightly better than intended
  • The Tournament Of Champions event bundle called “Primal Clash Bundle” says “Limit 3”, but is purposely limited to 1 and is meant to say “Limit 1”
